If a client drug tests, HR will pre-emptively ask to let you opt out of the client and go somewhere where they don't drug test instead.
Never heard of a colleague getting a drug test. Did hear a partner shake his head over an associate saying he was good only to fail. I think most partners get it and so does HR esp. when you’re honest about I’d not pass a piss test for pot

No, but I am sure we all have clauses in there that they can for reasonable (or even unreasonable) cause if they ever want to.
