Should I invest in Roth IRA or Roth 401k?

Why not both? They’re not ME

like

Both

like

They’re not mutually exclusive

Start with the Roth 401k up until the match. Then look at which option provides you with the best fees and best retirement options. Most likely the Roth IRA. Then go back to maxing out your Roth 401k.

You could just max out both. But of course you may have other considerations like HSA, loans, other expenses, etc.

Thoughts on buying pre-construction homes in markets that are popping and flipping selling them when construction is complete?

My uncle does this (he’s a realtor) and usually gets 2-3x return. Obviously there is huge risk because property prices can change a lot in 1-2 years, but at the same time the upside is hard to ignore.

Anyway I protect myself against the downside risk? (other than loosing my down payment)

Hi all,
I'm a Software Engineer with 14 months of work experience. I want to move on to Product Management as my current job doesn't align with my long term career aspirations. I'm pretty confident in the tech aspects of my job and am undergoing a course in Business Foundations.

Advice appreciated: I want to sublease my apartment so that I can rent elsewhere and pay less. I had to move in a short amount of time and it was during the period where there was a high demand for housing, & leases everywhere were expensive so I signed what I thought was fairly cheap in comparison to what was out there. However I found something this month that will cut costs by 30%. How do I go about finding someone to sublease my place?
