Can anyone confirm the variable policy of TechM, is it monthly or quarterly.
Heard from few folks that its was changed to quarterly and in offer letter nowhere its mentioned that its monthly or quarterly.simply said applicable as per variable policy.
Any folks recently joined and received salary please confirm it.

My wife started as an M at Accenture earlier this year coming from industry. I’ve never worked at Accenture or any b4, but I had to explain to her how up or out works. She also didn’t know that she came in with 24 months at level and what that meant. Really surprised none of this was communicated during hiring or by her manager.

Uh yea hi! RSM here, if you are going to get that bump in salary paired with how awesome the wlb and culture is at RSM then it’s a no brainer.
C1, Yeah I’m a senior in FDD, really only pull late nights at the beginning of the deal or if we get last minute data that we can’t send to our delivery Center. Or if a report has a very short hard deadline but that’s been rare. Really only work late the first one to two weeks of a brand new deal. Wanting a referral C1?

Joined RSM from KPMG a month ago at around the same pay pump. My team is supportive and provides a lot of opportunity. Happy to be here… so far.
Try negotiating a match with Deloitte first if you enjoy working there.
WLB between consulting in Deloitte and RSM is night and day. Actually not impressed with Deloitte staff lately. We have been working with them in tandem on several large engagements, and their people have been less than impressive.
How do the benefits compare? I’m not at all impressed with RSM benefits.
