Hi
Anyone facing this issue?

Hey folks
I got a call from TCS to interview for a new unit formed within org with the name of Business Transformation Group as per new org restructuring. Anyone from TCS who can help to understand more about this?
Does it cater to only niche technologies or how does this actually function?

Yes.
I vote no. If you have a good salary now, enjoy the work life balance and continue on.
The SM integration for outsiders is rather rough since it is so sakes heavy and network dependent. It isn't impossible, but you'll need to get integrated very quickly to an industry and build a network there and in your office to be successful.
Depends on goals
Nope why would anyone want to GO to deloitte. Folks leave D
I say dont
Will have my interviews in January. Pretty confident they will offer me. I have the requisite experience
Why do you say that?
Hell yes
I say stay put
Nah
Become a "come back kid". Making that jump to SA seems almost impossible. If your goal is to move to a new level, I say leave and potentially come back. If your goal is money, you have to ask yourself how hard you're willing to work for it. Deloitte pays more, but at a cost.
OP- Did a recruiter reach out or do you have an offer? There's a lot of factors to consider. PWC2 is right, it'll depend on your goals.
@op what makes you think you have the fit?
