Hi all,
I'm serving Notice period and last date shall be 13th May 2022. Can someone help me understand if the bands and compensation isn't release by that date, will that be adjusted in full and final settlement?? If so, what about the components, which all shall be credited in that FFS?
Thanks in advance.

Nice VML! Congrats on the homeownership :)
Midwest cost of living is great. I do not miss the east coast. 4 bed, 2.5 bath, 2 car garage, two parks and pool within walking distance. $1800 mortgage on $110k salary. Life is too short and I’m too old for roommates except for the one I married.
I pay $2100 on $65k 😐
Looking at these salaries like 😦😦😦
I pay 1K on 110K but live with my partner, IMO cut down on rent and pocket it so you can actually leave this city with some semblence of a savings.
I pay 1550 on 130. Been paying rent in nyc for over 10 years. If I could jump in my time machine I'd go back and smack myself in the face for flushing that much money. Just live somewhere less convenient and pay less rent or buy something.
Y'all motherfuckers make mad money
Hah! Where do you live? $2200 in NYC barely gets you a decent studio in a good part of town.
I pay 1900 on 75k soooo
30% of your take home is the rule of thumb for the max you should pay for rent, but a lot depends on location etc.
Technically that would be within budget. I like to not spend more than 1 weeks worth of pay on rent but I also have mad student loans.
I pay 2500 on 100k. Only regretted it when I got laid off.
AD1 ... 2200 gets me a 1 bed with backyard in williamsburg. You just need to look.
I pay $2200 on $117k and I'm managing fine. Ymmv.
I paid 2100 on 90k. U should be fine!
@everyone making over 100k - what’s your job title?
Should be fine. $1800 mortgage on 78K here. With a family.
$2000 is a steal and a half in SF. I pay more than that on the same salary.
So you’re living in the tenderloin? Or with roommates?
I pay $2000 on 125k — but another $1000/month for students loans, on top of that. Sometimes it's tight. So definitely factor in additional expenses like that.
