Should I pursue a career in finance or a career in accounting? The way I see it, both are great but finance is way more hours for more money. Is it worth it?

Need career advice. Trying to break into a finance role, preferably an Analsyt role but I have no transferable experience. I worked as a mortgage loan officer (which is sales) for 2 years after college, but since mortgage is such a niche industry, no hard skills transfer and have no relevant undergrad internships unfortunately.
