Should I tell my supervisor I'm actively looking for other jobs and going on interviews, instead of lying about the interviews I go on? How many doctors appointments can one have?

I’m having the hardest time finding a new job. I have 12 years of HR experience, a masters in HR, SHRM certification, and all I keep getting are rejection emails. I’ve never experienced this difficult of a time searching for new opportunities. Is this normal once you hit a certain level in your career or is it just me?

How soon do most companies let you know if you're not proceeding to the next round of interviews? Do they let you know within the day, a day after, or a week usually?

Has anyone found success with products to help with eyelid elasticity? 28F and experiencing a lot of wrinkling/ skin sagging on top eyelids. It may be genetics but I admit that I have not been especially kind to them over the years in the way that I apply/ remove makeup (trying to be more gentle now). Have tried retinoids product that are specific to eyelids but that doesn’t seem to help/ just dries them out

I struggle with my mental health and my biggest weaknesses is not being attentive to details and having strong interpersonal skills. Those two factors are is the reason I feel I am failing at my job. I’m looking to transition from an academic medical center to pharma or a biotech. I have about 8 years of clinical research experience overall — 7 years combined as a CRC (CRC I, CRC II, and senior CRC) and 1 year as a PM. I’m also recently ACRP-CP certified.

I was just let go from a contract position 2 months early due to client reorgs (Covid). Was filed as a W2 but on a 6 month contract. Would I still qualify for unemployment?
