Need help deciding if this offer is worth moving for. Received an offer from Booz Allen Hamilton for an Associate level Sr. Systems Engineer in Los Angeles for $135k base. I countered $150k and a $15k singing bonus and asked if I could be brought on as a lead associate since I've been a lead/manager for a while in my current company.

I mean make it as clear as you can on your resume what you did and how it was relevant and I’d keep applying to jobs requiring more experience, since there’s some shot they’ll give it some weight — but since it’s not legal experience, many places are likely to discount it.

Yeah. Include it and keep applying and mention it in your cover letter. A lot of people just look at the year you graduated to determine YOE so you may be getting screened out prematurely.
Those that actually calculate YOE from your employment history will be likely to discount pre lawschool experience, but you should still include it and argue for its inclusion.
Depends on the employer. Make sure you clearly spell out everything you think is relevant in your resume, and discuss that in your interviews. However, not all of the experience from non-law transfers over as experience in law, so even if you have done something before, doing the same thing as an attorney is a different thing when doing it as a non-attorney. If they specify you don’t have enough experience, use examples to convince them otherwise. That’s what being an attorney is about anyways.
