There's only one thing that helped me become more regular. I put up a TV in front of my basement elliptical and started watching Marvel shows on Netflix.
I made it a rule that I don't get to watch this outside of exercise and it's been working great. Sometimes I crave exercise because I want to watch TV lol.
When you first start off, the show must be action / adventure otherwise it's a grind. During fight scenes, I get PUMPED!! YAAAAA!!!
A1: Purchase a cheap foldable exercise bike and place it in front of your TV. These things fold up and roll away out of side when your done.

Same. And I was at the gym 5-6 days a week before covid, no exceptions. OP I feel you exactly.

Same. I even bought home exercise equipement 🤣 But hell if I USE it😆
Why do you think that is?
Find a date, then you have motivation!
Now both of us don’t work out 😂
Same. I can feel myself growing more chonky and I still can’t do it.
Maybe you haven't found a form of exercise you love yet, something that really makes you feel good and makes you want to do more of it.
It's okay to be gentle on your body during the pandemic, but I hope once we regain some sense of normalcy, you'll find some form of exercise you truly really love and look forward to. It'll add so much to your life

I think I'm in a catch 22 situation. I was so "inactive" for such a long time, now my joints hurt if I do anything even remotely strenuous.
I've always had weak knees so I'd do elliptical & weight training.
And now it just hurts (the joints) so I get worried that I'll prob break something and then stop doing it. It's like I want my body to support my workout but I'm not doing the bare minimum for it to warm up
I feel you so much. Do you like hiking? My trick is to always do something that doesn’t “feel” like exercise: biking, hiking, etc. covid aside I absolutely loathe working out so often have to trick myself. It’s pathetic and I wish I were someone that genuinely enjoyed running or any of it.
