Filed for H1B extension, extension approved till aug-2024 (stamping not done), switched from tcs to infosys before stamping. I have new petition documents with me. Assuming infosys agrees to use my H1B, is there a possibility to file H1B transfer or reuse my visa.? Thanks

Which is why when you see this you need to speak up, or you’re complicit in allowing it to happen. Because if there is another person of color on said call, they will be thinking why you didn’t say anything. And if you’re the only POC and you allow it to happen, you’re teaching white folks that this behavior is acceptable.
You have your integrity and you helped someone you don’t even know by doing that. It’s a good thing.
It’s honestly disgusting that things like this happen. Someone shared a similar story but the stock image was a black man that looked “aggressive.”

WTH 🤦🏾♀️ actually no, that’s their skin tone mr racist client and you are selling your product to Black people. Dr MLK Jr, is rolling around in his grave with all his grace & I want to 🤮. You can’t make this racist stuff up! I just can’t 😡
Yes, this happens often. You should push back and explain that it is not representative of the audience in an accurate way. I had to push back once on an image of a Black woman 35-40 age range with a kid who was in college. I told them make the parent older and with a father.

Ha. Dealt with this and the client said, "I can't really put my finger on it they just seem friendlier." I was like sir I CAN put my finger on it lmao.
First year in the industry, client came back with feedback that we need more diverse-looking people in the creative. Bet! Came with all the melanin. Client came back like no, sorry meant more diverse people like….opens folder full of screenshots of white women with olive skin and brown hair. 😐
