Not sure what part of OE you’re interviewing for but for Change Management it was basically “here’s a fake company and what they do, they’re about to implement a new technology called XYZ, please put together your recommendation for a change strategy” — they give you a branded deck to use and some questions to consider. They gave me a weekend to work on it and then I spent about 45 min walking interviewers through the deck and they asked questions here and there
Not really, you should be fine! It’s more time consuming than it is difficult. I think one of the tricks is knowing what level of detail to get to. For example you’re not gonna build out an entire training plan for the case but maybe pull up a template that you could use if you were going to. Good luck!
