Can anyone please share insights from their experience or understanding of differences in EY-Parthenon (esp. growth opportunities e.g., promotion criteria, and work culture) in the US (East) and UK (London) office? Given a choice at the Manager level, where would you prefer to work and why? Thanks in advance!
You don’t have to “downgrade” to industry. I left PwC for much more money and a way better work life balance. There is opportunity out there.

If you’re going to do that, I highly encourage you to keep your fixed costs small, live small, and don’t get used to the lifestyle ratchet that comes with raises / promotions.
Save your money, keep your options open, limit debt that requires continuing to run at the same pace.

Interesting. I didn’t know slalom didn’t utilize offshore teams.
It's true
I've only had 1 late night call at Slalom in 3 years.
