Finally in Salary Discussion at Accenture Bangalore Sr. Financial Analyst (CL10-3)

Demand - 11.5Lpa

Currently I've WFH and my current office is also in Jaipur. (I will spend apx 1Lpa cost for transport etc if my office opens) For Accenture offer, i will have to relocate to Bangalore as it's WFO and I'm expecting cost of living+travel would be appx 3.5lpa in BLR

So my CCTC+addl Cost = 6+3.5 = 9.5LPA

HR is offering me 10lpa. How can I ask for more? HR threatened me to hold😐

I'm asking because I have seen cases where one person sacrifices themselves studying and working hard, while the other person is basically doing the bare min, and they can get alimony if they separate ?
