I’m a Senior BSA/AML/Fraud Analyst at a regional bank, 100% remote, have bachelor’s degree in business, 6 YOE in my field, TC is about $60k, & I live in KY. I've been thinking about moving from working at banks to a fintech because I feel like that’s the only way to increase my TC.
