So I’m part of the sales team and my VP is a micro-manager. I’m flying cross country for some client meetings next week and the flight I booked is with a name brand carrier but on the expensive side in coach. He wants me to fly a low cost carrier so I meet his definition of cost conscious. Personally he’s been very successful at sales and knows people at higher ranks within the company. Working for a senior who is beyond horrible. She talks to you like you’re stupid and makes it sound like you’re absolutely terrible at what you’re doing. She’s made 5 other associates cry during her 5 year career. Got someone fired and made another person quit. It’s known around the office that she can no longer have a female associate, because she talks down to females more than she does males. I came along and thought I could deal with it but she literally makes me want to not log on tomorrow.

Joined LTI recently in P3 band. However not allocated any project. Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench.
