I believe everything is a possible pivot. When you are being interviewed, you need to interview the company as well. What will your growth opportunities look like within the company? Are you limited to a TAM position, is the standardized path to be a Senior, or can they share examples of crossing over to other departments. If they ask what your goal is for the next X years, be sure to tell them you are interested in PM and for what specific reasons. If you get the TAM job, you’ve planted the seed of interest of wanting PM responsibilities.

They stated if I give them 2 years as a TAM I can pivot to whichever role I’d like. They have great Glassdoor reviews but not on Indeed. My final interview will be coming up in a week or so but I just wanted to ask here for some advice.
Six months is not a lot on grand scheme of things. A year, 18 months is more reasonable imo. It took me a year to break into tech and another few years to land a job I wanted. TAM > PM is a doable route.
