So I’ve been working in operations and as a real estate agent for a year and a half now and I just left my toxic company. I’m stuck because I want to get into development. I majored in real estate development, but feel that since I went into sales no one is going to hire me. I have some experience as an analyst but only one year. What kinds of careers should I be looking for in real estate?

I received a call for Engagement Manager position with AWS. Even though I have the JD for the same, it appears kind of cluttered, with lots of Agile flavour thrown in, hence reaching out to the audience to understand what exactly this role entails?
Is it a sales oriented role, is P & L an integral part of being an Engagement Manager with AWS?
Any inputs will be much appreciated.

I also managed to switch from an Indian mnc to a reputed company and now also somehow cleared a FAANG interview,but i know I'm not much knowledgeable in my tech .

I'm currently in a process for senior associate at a Big4. The process began on July, yet between the first and second interview it took like 3-4 weeks. And between the 2nd and 3rd like 7 weeks. I sent an email to HR during those weeks asking for an update and didn't have an answer. Then it a 3rd one was scheduled three times (the manager didn't connect to the first 2) and next week I have the last interview with 1 partner. Is the timing normal?
