Is Nagarro good to join? I have a fully remote opportunity which I'm pretty sure I can crack. Is the pay and benefits good at Nagarro? Do they provide laptop and test devices or will I have to work on my laptop? Do they give medical insurance etc? What if the project gets over. Do they have enough projects or will I be asked to move to a different technology? Will I be fired if on bench? Nagarro

I blame it on the name change. Mistress was much better.
I don’t really think mistress and mischief are in the same weight class. Mischief is all former c-suites and svp’s from legacy AORs who understand how to grow brands creatively and people professionally. Shops like mischief, a & l, and opinionated are ran by vets and don’t position themselves as the side chick IMO.
The many ELT tapped out at CD level to do their own thing. Which is great on them, but there’s a lot of collateral damage (other peoples career wise) when you don’t have the pedigree / training.
(None of that is tied in to the name to me)
Well, to be honest any business Amir Haque is a leader of I would stay away from if you are looking for any kind of job security or business transparency at work. Looks like lessons from his previous agencies were not learned. Can't be good for the ego of someone who is "biz strategist" with a finance MBA from Yale. At the end of the day the employees who sacrificed everything got left out to dry even though they were at an agency claiming family values, positive change and all that jazz. All owners care about are their bank accounts. It's sad there are rarely any consequences for those who steer us wrong and ask for our blind faith to secure our livelihood. This is a reputation business. Forget whatever clever new name they are going by and pay attention to who the leadership is and their track record. Good luck out there to everyone not privileged enough to be in the protected owner class.
I honestly don't understand what's going on there, they are either going on a crazy hiring spree one week or laying everybody off the next week
Sometimes people aren’t good business people.
Who's laying off?
How many people were laid off?
That’s our model at Fantastic Brands. Just a start up but one strategist. One creative team. Outsource bespoke the rest. Cheaper, sharper, smarter.
