So Trump is planning to get rid of the IRS and income taxes, will this collapse the tax practices of accounting firms in his administration?

My company allows contributions to both traditional (pre-tax) and Roth (post-tax) 401k. Is it better to split my contributions between the two? For example, I could contribute 3% to Roth and 3% to traditional (my employer matches up to 6% total but that can only goes to traditional)
