So what do you do after you’ve left big 4 for some senior accountant or financial analyst role?

You.... show up to work on Day 1 as expected? I’m not sure I understand the question.

I guess it depends from company to company on how long you will stay in that senior role and whether there is room to be promoted. Industry is definitely not as clear cut as PA in terms of progression IMO.

I guess that was pretty vague. What I mean is after big 4 you go into a fin analyst/senior accountant role but you’ll most likely only stay in the role for about 2 years min. After such a role, what are the exit ops? FP&A, Controller.. are there others? This is really more so for the senior account role..
