Graduated in 2014. Base comp is $127.5k in the Philly area. I see salaries all over the place in this site and it’s hard to tell whether mine is competitive.

What all benefits I can get from LTi in next 6 months or so ?

26M, I have 4.3 yoe with Big data tech stack(AWS,Spark, Hadoop etc). I received offer from EY for 18 LPA. I also have an offer from Deloitte for similar package. I was hoping to join either on of them but now I got couple of offers from startups, where they're offering me 24LPA and 25 LPA. I'm getting confused now, any suggestions would be very much helpful. HCL : Some clarity on the project but less package than other two.
