Spouse has applied for COS to H4 along side EAD on 01/30 with receipt date of 02/10. Applied with in 60 days of her being laid off in December 2024. No updates ever since. I just want to say to the Indian managers / SMs etc. stop taking everything so seriously and stressing people out on your teams. I have had managers who put initiative work so high in importance that it stresses me out about client work. Chill out and stop emailing on weekends. Hang out with your families! Doesn’t mean don’t work hard but chill the heck out people. Clearly this is just a job that doesn’t pay you well enough in the first place why are you stressing other people out too?!

My H1B is set to expire in Aug 2022, my employer is filing my extension, assuming I will get it till aug 2025 and I need to go to stamping.Parent is sick, needs to undergo a surgery. I want to go to India, to be with her during this time. My question here is if I go for visa stamping will I get stamping till Aug 2022 or aug 2025?
If I get stamping till Aug 2025, Can I come back before aug 2022 without any issue?
If I get stamping till Aug 2022, will there be any issues at port of entry
