Yup you're way overpaid tbh
Not overpaid, HC is not advisory but consulting.
Op, in that case I think you should get out federal and cash in your true market value
Yep, overpaid
Yea I made less than you as a S3
According to that compensation dashboard a FB member made, Avg Base Salary for SC at Deloitte is $115k. Is that a questionable number?
Seems pretty high for HC and Fed. I don't think they'll deny you a raise but expect it to basically be no significant change. Bonus is going to be percentage-based driven by your rating so that'll still be there as far as I know
EY3- https://www.getfishbowl.com/fishbowl-consulting-salary-compensation-survey
C's in commercial are 80-110k
I'm a SA and make $140k. I was told M1s make like $135k at PwC. True?!? Yes I'm post-MBA
I have a masters but it's not an MBA.
Consulting doesn't care about non-MBA master's degrees, unfortunately. I had 2 master's and 1.5 years of work exp and they gave me $3k/yr more than a kid fresh out of undergrad
Op, where is said compensation dashboard? I'd like to see
Um that is high. Most Sc's without MBA at Deloitte are 80- 105k. You are doing very well as an SC at Deloitte.
@op, ty
You'd be right around where I'd expect for a commercial SC without MBA, but Fed generally pays less which puts you above average. Not sure how HC pays vs Tech so can't comment there
WTH? $115K for an SC is overpaid?!
I figured it was above average and it was a lateral move salary-wise. Just wasn't sure if I should expect to receive $0 in bonus and 0% increase because of it (assuming a 3 rating, of course).
@OP you will def get more than 0
Yeah you'll definitely get a bonus and raise. The raise will likely be smaller since you're probably in the upper half of your band though
