Started a new role at a new agency and I’m not sure it’s what I envisioned. It feels like they don’t have a need for me on the team. How long do you give yourself to settle in before you question if this was the right move? It’s been about a month. Being mostly remote doesn’t help, either.

I applied for a job within my unit that I do not qualify for. Now, I have an interview for this job. Me knowing I do not meet most of the qualifications for this position has my imposter syndrome thinking I shouldn’t even do this interview because it would be a waste of time. Has anyone felt this way?

I recently switched to a developer role in a product based company from a support engineer for past 4 years in a service based company. I got a good hike as well.

Had an interview today, for RN OnCall position. This is an extremely difficult position, but I bring not only a preference to work the hours they need but the experience and credentials to qualify for the upper range of the salary (RN, MSN, CHPN, 5 years hospice experience). When you recruiters say at the end of a 15 min call.
“I will get back to you by the end of this week” does that really mean “your not right for this position”? Because this whole thing is a waste of time.
