Nov 2022 I was prom to sr at 52k w ability to make higher comm (10%, after 100k 20%, after 300k, 30%) next promo I need to bill 350k and do 6 deals with 6 diff clients. Talking to a new company that starts at 53k w 23k variable as an inbound SDR. After ~6 mo, promo to outbound SDR at 62 base. Plus I’m hybrid and this new job is remote. Also more opp for sales mentorship/guidance.
