I have received an email after my interview with HCL from consultant stating I have selected for HCL technologies and asking for information like, when U was interviewed and whether I received any link for documents upload from HCL.
I replied to that email saying interview has been done and I am yet to receive any link from HCL for documents upload nor any call from HCL HR.
Can anybody suggest, whether the process wil take time or where should I contact for further process.HCL Technologies

I have been reading a few articles talking about how FAANG isn’t as lavish as it used to be. My first question is if that is true? If it is true, my second question is what companies out there have the pay, benefits, and perks like FAANG? My last question is if it is as difficult to get into those companies? If they’ve been interviewing you since July I think a long time. Or you could be up front about the 401k match and see if they will give you the same amount as part of a salary negotiation
I agree to this!

Some positions in the C Suite have to give three months notice before leaving. If you need a work visa, that can take months before starting a gig. So it’s not unheard of.
I would wait for the offer so you have a decision to make. Then explain you want to wait for your end of year match pay, or bonus. Or just say you have a project you want to finish.
Since it’s practically the holidays now, I’m sure you won’t be putting them out much. Plus it’s totally fair since they have taken so long.
You might be able to get your new employer to compensate you for the lost match as part of your negotiation. You won't get the tax advantaged benefit of course, but it's better than nothing. Same thing as asking them to match your would-be bonus if you have received bonus in the past.

how far would you need to push it ?
If you have one more round of interviews, the earliest offer would be mid Nov with a Dec 1 start date at the earliest. I don’t think pushing it to Jan 1 [or Jan 4] would be unreasonable. How much later do you need ?
Pay out happens in Jan for previous year and I’d hoped to take a couple weeks off in between jobs. Wdyt?

I am closing in on an offer right now where we are all assuming a January start date - I don’t think it’s at all unreasonable at this point in the year.
I think you can ask for what you want. But more importantly can you tell me what type of role you are (almost) getting client side?? Curious about making the transition from agency strategy side.
