Started interviewing client side in JULY and they want me to do one last panel interview. But now it’s so close EOY and getting my 401k match pay out that I’m rethinking it given timing, esp since I would be taking a pay cut to work there. What’s the most you think you can push off a start date to a new job offer?

So I have been seeing a guy for 4 months. We have a pay disparity.. he earns less than I do (by quite a bit).
