I think most PA firms are similar with PTOs. At pdub everyone who’s been with the firm for more than 2 years gets 22 days (15 if you’re less than 2 years). On top of that I think we have 3 floating holidays and also sometimes if you’re not busy and working from home, it feels like extra paid day(s) off.
You might have to check with HR (or your employee agreement), I want to say yes 22 days but I am not 100% sure if you just started
I believe 176 hours so that’s 22 days.

I get 30 days pto as an audit manager at CohnReznick. It's amazing but also a little scary... How do I use all this pto?!! Good problems to have 😂
All managers and senior managers pretty much take off every summer Friday in addition to having vacation time. Very happy with the PTO here
