?? A potential candidate we contact for a position refuses to forward their CV without knowing first the name of the company. It's a catch 22, as a rule we only divulge our client's name or have a conversation with the candidate when at least we have a resume to discuss & which shows some level of true interest. It is almost like asking for someone's bank account without having any prior dealings...If we gave our client's name to anyone who ask we would be out of business in a jiffy...your thoughts?
