Hello! Anyone work at GE Healthcare?
Hi fishies. I have a ton of interviews coming up soon including a case interview at EY within their Innovation and Experience Design practice for Digital Strategy Manager. I am super comfortable with CX, design thinking, etc which are the types of projects I would be working on BUT I am absolutely terrible in case interviews. I was hoping it would be based on CX or design but my understanding is there is some revenue component idk. Anyone have any insight? I would greatly greatly appreciate it!

Also recruiting for Directors but those spots are highly selective / require extensive consulting experience.

Not really, but biggest hubs/openings are for NY and Chicago.

- agree with your point about path to promotion being lengthened at first glance. But many practices promoted people to Manager in May and then SM a year and a half after at mid years, so I think the partners are genuinely trying to avoid shortening the timeline (we had to add SM role to comply with global PwC cohort model)
- I’m not in a position to opine on the D targets so fair point
- agree the digital accelerator focus is dumb but it’s literally a one-day training... not a reason to avoid the firm
- as an A-SA I strongly disagree with the eating hours point. If you bill the standard 10 hours a day and are reasonably staffed you’ll easily exceed the utilization targets. Can’t think of a single person in my years here who deserved a promotion or high bonus but didn’t get it because of a util target. Honestly I can’t name a single A-SA in my practice with a util below 100% right now.
Is this referring to industry vertical, banks, etc. or competency? I’m in finance transformation, but not exactly keen on consulting for financial institutions.
