I’ve been in TA for 10 years and have been wanting to be an HRBP for 2 years now. My prior company had no interest in helping me develop and started with a new company 4 months ago. What would be examples of cushy industry jobs with good wlb with 200-300k pay check in finance industry? My work is mostly FS so it seems to make sense that I exit in that direction, but I keep hearing that finance in general is less chill than normal corporate sector jobs. Or is that just for IB/PE/HF?
