Technically, I'm not a college student anymore because I just graduated in December. I am having trouble finding jobs within my field (Communications with little experience in marketing). Need genuine advise. Got a call from Oasis Resource management pvt ltd. They said that they can help in conducting interviews in canada or UK. Total 5 interviews. They will charge 72k for this and 2k for profile investigation. They claim that under work permit, accomodation, travel cost, meal will be borne by employer for whole work visa tenure along with salary as per profile and market standard.

So I recently got a job offer on the brand side, as a marketing specialist in Canada for a reputable company likes of Loblaws, Shell, Sobeys, Canadian Tire. The role encompasses alot more than just branding, includes ux research and was wondering how much is a good overall package for this excluding insurance benefits.

Most staff/sr assoc would make 80% of salary for the next 4 months if fired & yet firms are considering pay cuts.

Leaving my current job for a career pivot. Current job has been challenging to say the least and senior management never hears what others have to say. Employment is an at will state.
Senior leadership is so unforgiving that I fear by giving notice, I’ll be asked to leave and lose out on two weeks pay.
