Global entry is only for entry into the US.
@OP Like I said, not all international carriers support it. You will have to wait in the regular line if you're flying one that doesn't.
Not checking bags = same process as a domestic flight. Just check to see if you have PreCheck on your boarding pass, as some international carriers don't support it.
Double check TSA times online if you have precheck, i think they start closing around ~7pm. Also international boarding starts earlier than domestic (maybe 45ish min before vs 30?
Depends on which terminal you’re flying out of. Some international flights go out of their carrier terminal, some go out of E, the international terminal. E does not have a separate tsa precheck line, so I would advise getting there earlier than if you were going out of A/B/C with precheck

I usually show up at 7:45ish, don’t like to waste time at the airport or lounge.
