Could someone guide me how to get WFH permission for 2-3 months in TCS . Since I'm in Coimbatore and got an opportunity in TCS chennai. Kids school education is important and he has to be in Coimbatore for few months. When I checked for relocation they are not giving, and since I'm a new joiner they are not releasing me . And if they could release atleast I can find a project in Coimbatore. Pls suggest

Only senior on a demanding client, managing multiple staff and managers. Got laid off in tech corp dev making 250-300 all in. Have an offer to join a fairly new family office investment team in PE buyouts but will be a fairly significant cash pay cut vs what I was making in tech corp dev. I’ve always been interested in doing investing. All things being equal, is there better upside to take the fam office to do PE (at a pay cut for now), or go do another corp dev job? 6-7 YOE

How much programming language is important for a QA Engineer..

Need your inputs, I have experience in Java Automation for past 2 years.. now my yet join company is using Ruby for Automation. Not a big deal in learning about ruby. Only worried about that if I continue here, in process of learning ruby I might have unlearn java. If I need to come out then openings on Automation with ruby in the market is pretty much less I think..
