The concept of work-life balance feels like a myth in this profession. I love my job but am perpetually on the brink of burning out. How do seasoned marketers actually manage this and maintain sanity?

I am full time salaried employee and work M-F. I have always worked more than one job and am hating not having the opportunity to work over time when extra money is needed. Any suggestions for part time work for an informatics nurse? Something I can do in evenings and/or weekends? Not direct patient care preferably

Where do you find the time to get everything done in the day when you have multiple partners, associates and equity partners that interrupt you and want things turned around immediately while simultaneously working on deadlines? I feel like I’m the only one that can’t manage a 70+ case load without letting someone down. I constantly have to say “Can I do this tomorrow?” Etc. I don’t even have time to bill on the clock.
