Hi there, I’ve been told that Deloitte (London, UK) is going to make me an offer but haven’t heard back and it’s been over two weeks. The recruiter mentioned it would be around the “m2 grade”. Any idea what this pay range is? … I have 3 YOE working in NHS finance and have applied for a position in Risk Advisory, public sector. Curious what life at Deloitte is like? Does a work life balance exist?

Existing Tier 2 ICT you mean ?
Yup. So can an existing Tier 2 ICT visa holder shift to a Tier 2 General visa starting 2021?
What’s your source for this OP?
https://www.taylorwessing.com/fr/insights-and-events/insights/2020/07/the-points-based-system---2021-the-year-of-change
"From 1 January the Home Office will allow most migrants to apply to switch from one immigration route to another category from within the UK if they meet the criteria of the new routes. This welcome change will assist sponsors and visa holders alike - it will save costs, minimise disruption and enable visa holders to continue to work for their sponsors from within the UK during the application period"
Thanks OP. It looks like this is only for renewal for Tier 2 ICT, there’s no cooling off as long as you haven’t stayed for more than 5 years in a 6 year period. It doesn’t look like there is any change to the ICT to general cooling off. Even the article you shared has this under continuation of tier 2 ICT. I looked at https://www.macfarlanes.com/what-we-think/in-depth/2020/uk-immigration-from-1-january-2021/ Let me know if my understanding is incorrect.
I might be interpreting things too optimistically, but have you seen this in the link you've mentioned?
Ah yes. I’m clearly going blind. I’d think it would apply to existing Ict holders as well, would be very unfair if it didn’t
Yeah, I'm hoping so but can't be sure yet. Bonded to my employer until then.
