Can I abscond from x company? They have mentioned in their offer letter that I have to pay one months salary of I do not continue with them. I have x company laptop with me. March, my boss (VP) reorganized the team & created a new Marketing Ops Director position, & I was moved to report to a person I onboarded only after a year of her working there. (Their kids go to the same school, both women of pallor, it felt like a maneuver then & continues to.) In all past hires and headcount changes, strategy sessions I have been included in the discussions as the PM. Now the VP is meeting w/ the MOD and other team lead on strategy nextweek. I have one offer from Pune based company and yesterday I got another offer from Mumbai but before interview i told them that my expectations are 13.5 but yesterday in HR Round HR said our company has budget of only 10L and we can't give you 13.5. So my question is it good to accept the offer or should I ask HR why did you schedule my interview even after knowing my expectations..

I’ve been working on a pitch that continues to get delayed and it’s poorly managed. The RFI was due in July. Then days AFTER submission I received an email from the consultant saying we now had until August. End of September rolls around and frankly I had forgotten about this 100-page beast. They want a meet and greet….the following week. The day before the meet and greet we get a list of questions (that aren’t easy softballs). Now 2 weeks later and nothing.
