The CFP is the best one. You'll need a series 7 and series 66 exam as well, but would need to be sponsored for those.

Depends on your specific career goals. Speaking very generally, the CFA is probably the most prestigious certification available and would open a lot of doors for you, but again, it depends on what you want to do.
Landing a job in asset management will have a varying level of difficulty...do you want to own your book? Do you want a salary? You'll earn less on a salary, but it's "safe". The people who make a lot of money typically own their own book of business.

It depends. Multiple path within asset management so you need to be more specific
CAIA is valued in some circles but experience matters more than credentials.
