It has been 2+ weeks since I completed the Interview & Psychometric Assessment rounds with Macquarie Group , but yet to hear anything from them. I also followed up with HR but with no response. For the record, the interview went well. Any idea if they usually take this amount of time to get back? If I got rejected, why not communicate directly?
I’m an L6 SDM at Amazon but a Meta recruiter sent me an M2 sdm job description. I have all the XP I need from previous job experience but does Meta keep your same level as Amazon? Meaning if I am an L6 at Amazon am I automatically interviewing at M1 or can I jump to an M2?Amazon Facebook (Meta)

I only know of on person that left 6 months after 140 approval and was not asked to repay anything
Well if you are switching to a new company you have to apply for a new i140 for green card my friend
They will not ask for repayment, however looking at the current h1 issues, I would suggest sit tight for a couple of years as getting a new i140 approved will be much tougher now
Hmm.. since I have an approved I-140, not sure why getting a new one would be any tougher than what it already is.
Why would you need a new i140?
Isn’t it transferable? I thought that it was easier to switch jobs after getting your i140 because of that!
No buddy, i140 is job specific so if you quit your job you need to reapply through the new company. Only advantage you have is extension beyond 6 years of H1b with that old i140 of yours.
Agree with P2.. however your priority date remains the same as in the initial I-140.
Sa1 you are a dumb
Sa1 I swear I am entertained seeing your reaction 😂😂😂
