I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.
Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.
JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?

Hello fellow introverts! Instead of talking to people I have an Instagram account to shout my opinions about books into the void. Id love it if any of you would be willing to take a look and give me feedback on the reviews. I feel like they aren't quite at the level I'm aiming for.

A bit extreme, still relatable

I agree wholeheartedly:
I have a love-hate relationship with DU.
Good jobs for introverts? So over consulting.

Could he fake it through the interview and then act like his normal self after getting the job?
There are plenty of introverts here - don’t let it put him off applying. Drop a burner if he wants to chat about it!
What's his current role?
He’s back in industry for last few years . He works in FS - part tech and part business - he does PM and team management for a command center that handles all the network, hardware, middleware tech issues, status management, And process excellence work of the whole command center as it’s still kind of in infancy
Sm are you at Accenture too? He’s just not good at faking it for an hour or 3 - he’s gotten the you need to be more outgoing a few times before from other firms...just not really him when he doesn’t know the other person that well yet. I’m so the opposite
The reason why I can’t leave this company, not that I want to, is because I can’t pass an interview. It’s a miracle how I’m even here in the first place. I can do the work, I just can’t fake the enthusiasm or do any of that
I’m an introvert and at ACN, you don’t have to be an extrovert to have a personality and answer a few questions. What’s his hindrance?
A2 what area are you in/level? Would love to hear your experience - maybe it’s just the way I’ve talked about it that’s freaked him ;)
@OP yes. Joined as an analyst and still here 12 (pretty successful) years later despite very much being an introvert.
Sm1 that is great to hear. I asked him if he is interested to talk to anyone and will let you know. What area are you in?
I’m an analyst out of Philly OP. Happy to share my experience over a burner if you’d like
