This is my first year working as a vet tech, but I'm unsure how to find continuing education opportunities. I know I'm supposed to have 30 hours, but how do you usually go about finding the courses to take? I'm feeling worried about it and don't know who to ask or how to go about it. Thanks!

Hello all, I’m planning for a career switch. As I’m currently in Finance sector and planning to quit my job and to start my career in IT Hardware companies like: HP, Dell and Lenovo etc.. Before taking this jump I want to know how is the career growth in IT Hardware, how is the promotion structure in such companies. I need help. I think I’m being underpaid at my job I’ve been at for 3 1/2 years.
