How often do you think you will be traveling in 2022 with COVID mostly behind us? In the final interview/negotiation stages with an agency focused on pharmaceutical marketing as an Account Manager. Offer states up to 30% travel (but was told 20% is more realistic). No further info given such as location of accounts I'd be working on or a baseline other AMs travel. Feels like a red flag. I’ve had a lot of success making the idiots I’ve worked for wealthy, but I’m still waiting for a moment where I enjoy what I’m doing. I feel stuck working in dysfunctional plaintiff firms/cultures. If you're being told "take your full lunch" (because by law you need to be given a certain amount of lunch depending on how many hours you work) but then you're told, if work's not done you need to stay until it is, and now people don't want to take their full lunches because it means they'll have to stay after work longer, is that coercion a violation of any federal labor laws?
