Your challenges make me feel blessed and I am. I love my team. I would say my number one challenge would be prying the potential out of talented people, when they simply lack self confidence. I've spent years trying impart on my team that failure is always an option and that I'm ok with calculated risk if it means they grow as professionals. Delegation - turn over tasks and let the team make decisions.
Communication - assign task and then listen, listen and listen some more.
