General health and to look hot
For me, it's all three as well
To maintain healthy muscle. Especially for women when we age we lose muscle you have to workout and eat more protein.
Over half the people who end up in assisted living homes start there because they cannot get themselves off the toilet in older age- this is because they cannot do a half body weight squat. I think about every time I’m doing squats and I want to stop.
General health and be stronger

Being able to eat what I want without feeling too bad 😅
All of it
General health.
