This might be a stretch for this group, but does anyone have perspective on Adobe Experience Manager as a pivot from traditional creative skill sets?

I'm looking to move away from the dumpster fire that is the current creative industry and into something more stable (and less ageist).

I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself. Interviewing for a brand job with 3 years of experience on the agency side. Currently making 63k + quarterly bonus. Looking to get advice on salary. Should the range be 65-70k?

I’ve noticed on Glassdoor, salaries for my level (Director) are higher than my base but have similar bonus opportunity. At what level of pay gap would you push or make a stink? In hindsight I should have pushed more during the hiring process. At 160k base now, seeing ranges in the 170s to low 180s. These are specific to my current company.
