Almost it's nearing a year since I joined and gained nthg specific in technical side. And looking at full stack developer roles is putting me into awe...What shall I do? Should I learn such courses separately or suggest me where can I restart my career as a developer?

I am about to receive an offer from EY GDS for a role of a Business Analyst_Banking finance (Principal Consultant) with a CTC of 27 LPA (inclusive of 10% variable).

I am having 10.5 YOE. Is this grade relevant which they have offered, taking my YoE into account? How much i can negotiate upto in CTC front? I mean the highest slab of Principal consultant?
