Anyone have a MASSIVELY micromanagey boss? I've had my share but this fella takes the cake. Today I was asked to share my work in progress on some projects work. Even though I said I'd work to have things delivered by the end of the week. I've never shared or ask to see WIP work without context. It's like looking for an excuse to find something wrong.

I've recieved an offer from Morgan Stanley, my previous salary was around 6 Lpa and last offered was around 15 Lpa (WFH), I quoted 40 to 45% on top of that around 22 Lpa considering Mumbai location, WFO and Glassdoor pay range.
