Comp sounds like it will be +\- $165, 25% bonus and some variable comp tied to the performance of the sales team (don't know numbers here but certainly interesting). I have 9.5 yrs of experience and am currently level 62 in Microsoft. I feel I should be Senior SE in Microsoft (level 63) but when I got microsoft offer last year the HR said it is the maximum they can give. Fixed base is 28 LPA.
