I don't want to be a manager anymore.
I am Chartered accountant with 3 years post qualification experience in assurance global audit from big 4 working for canada. I am getting a CTC of 13.80LPA fixed and variable 1.48 LPA. Is this enough or should I ask for a hike..EY Deloitte KPMG PwC . I am not seeing any notification on the coming hike..

Industry or capability? (Industry better than capability unless it’s L&D or A&S - do not go into OS as any partner). Really consider the terms. If you think you are retiring from KF, probably ok move. Know it takes a good two years to get traction. Sales is tough due to splits and deal size and overall culture. Very limited collaboration - just not the culture because of revenue. If you think you’ll want to jump, be aware everything comes with a significant promissory note. They hook you in and not in a good way. And worth reading the garden leave clause carefully and making sure you’re ok with it. It is heavily enforced. Tbh unless you absolutely love this work, are an expert with great market presence, or about to retire, I really don’t think it’s a good place to work but everyone’s circumstances are different. Just ask a lot of hard questions and make sure you are satisfied with the answers.
