Bain & Company Hi all, I am interested in making the move to the Middle East, however starting from august/September. What do you think are the prospects for the future in the region? Do you envisage a hiring freeze or are companies still going strong? Thanks!McKinsey & Company Boston Consulting Group Kearney Bain & Company
Cushman & Wakefield Interested in a Sales Associate position at Cushman & Wakefield. I have experience as a government analyst for 7 years but nothing related to commercial real estate. I want to become a more competitive applicant but not sure where to start. Are there any certificates, skills, or knowledge that I should be learning in my free time?

Hello RSM coworkers! I am thrilled to be moving to RSM into a Scheduler roll. I just found out yesterday and want to be as prepared as possible in the next steps.
So here are my questions.
How long does the background study take? I'm guessing admin staff have a study that is faster and less complicated than someone in Tax ect.
When training at home what did you need that wasn't supplied by RSM? My home office is well stocked but I want to be as prepared as possible.
Thanks in advance!

It’s not for everybody. The products are generally interesting, and there are definitely some cool groups (and a lot of boring ones) to be in. Pay wasn’t anything earth shattering but WL balance was great (though felt like it was often abused), and you can likely find exit opps in tech, consulting, or other F500 companies. On the downside, I found the forced ‘culture’ to be excessive and quite unproductive. The amount of town halls, gatherings, and props used at meetings (no joke it was like Party City central) was such a waste of time. Some people might see this as a perk or a break from old school finance culture, but it gets very cliquey and political real quick.

Don’t go there, you will not have a good time trust me.

I left Amex only after 2 years to go to JPMorgan where I spent 5 years. Needless to say, Amex wasn’t the best of times for me. The politics and bureaucracy can kill the toughest SOB! Also, that was during the best of days under Ken Chenault.
I’m at JPM right now, the politics are worse than jpm?
