Thoughts on reneging an offer?
I’m about to accept an offer from a pre-ipo unicorn for 66% pay raise, but may have an offer from a big tech next week for 100% pay raise. The offer from big tech is not guaranteed as I still have the final round to go through but I’m curious about the consequences.

Hello guys, I do have questions on remote international working.

Hi Fishes.. 6 yoe in SAP SD, i got 2 offers one from Wipro14 lpa role tech lead and other from Infosys for 16lpa role consultant.. i feel in Wipro the role is good but package is very less and in Infosys the role less for my experience and package can also be revised.. what can i do.. need your valuable inputs if i can negotiate with anyone of the company or which i can choose.. Read that McK is paying 2K higher than BCG this year which means BCG will probably raise again next year to at least match. However, they can’t just copy McK with 2K to match because that would look bad so they’ll have to beat it again. Then McK and Bain will follow. Barring a devastating recession, I’m guessing this means MBB is all getting raises again next year?
